Keep your creative magic and sense of wonder sparkling every day in every season.
Seasons of Wonder takes you on a creative and magical journey through the Wheel of the Year, connecting you to the delights, wisdom, and energies of each month and season. The mission? To seek out the extraordinary in the ordinary, ground yourself in the magic of the moment, and nourish your creative spirit. You’re invited to intentionally romance the enchantment that surrounds and lives within you, and savor the mystery, magic, creative inspiration, and wonder of it all.
I crafted Seasons of Wonder to support you in your life and all that you do by keeping you deliciously connected to your creativity, spirit, dreams, and seasonal rhythms. Each season’s material provides a restorative respite from the noise of the world. I’ve woven inspiration, stories, insights, and creative invitations into all of the materials to bring you home to your heart, spirit, and magic again and again each month.
When we have regular touch points of positive energy, creative inspiration, and Mama Nature, we’re more grounded, supported, and connected to our own creative magic.
We also need reminders to slow down at times, lather on exquisite self-care, rest, and refill our wells. Our creativity and magic can’t sparkle and flow when the well has run dry. Aligning with the energies and magic of Mama Nature’s cycles and rhythms through the seasons helps us to find a more natural balance among all aspects of our lives.
The Origins of Seasons of Wonder
The Seasons of Wonder materials were born out of a year-long program I led in 2018 called the Wonder Club.
In 2018, I created and led a year-long program called The Wonder Club. My work on creating the material for this program spanned almost two years. It was a huge soul project that was as enriching, inspiring, and transformative for me as I’ve heard it was for the women who participated in the Wonder Club. It was truly an enchanting journey and I loved every minute of walking through the year with the amazing women who gathered together for this program. As we moved through the year, I realized how many more women wanted to participate but either couldn’t commit to a whole year of participation or simply didn’t find out about it in time to register when enrollment periods were open.
So, as the Wonder Club was drawing to a close in 2018, I went back to the drawing board. I wanted to share this rich material with more of you, but in a way that gave you more options. So, I added more flexibility to the program, tightened up the content, and made a few logistical changes to make it possible to step in at any point of the year. I transformed the year-long journey into separate seasonal adventures, and to reflect that new focus, I renamed it as Seasons of Wonder.
Love Notes from the 2018 Wonder Club
The Wonder Club slowed me down, inspiring me to notice the small and important things that arrived with each season. Paying attention to these moments made me more aware of my emotions and ideas and how they were affected by the natural world. It kept me awake, and my creativity flowing consistently. I stayed gently present in my own practice, and have gotten into a daily ritual of writing, crafting, and checking in- a goal I have always had for myself. I also feel that I now have a network of strong and kind women, where I can express myself and be inspired. The varying age ranges of the members of this group is also incredibly empowering. It is so beneficial to hear about women’s experiences on every stage of their journey. There is nothing else like this that I know of, and it fulfills a real need in our world for community and creative support. Victoria makes each week of the month full of delight. Its almost like Christmas morning 4 times a month. The way she utilizes the internet as a classroom is unique and completely beautiful. All written works and even the website are works of art, and you almost forget that you are on a computer. It is as if the wardrobe to Narnia has been opened through my screen. This is truly a world of enchantment that has been manifested into the digital age. I am so excited to be going through another year, and I plan on staying connected indefinitely.” ~ Jessica
I loved my experience in the Wonder Club! Victoria has created a space that is safe and warm yet open to learning, inspiration, and creativity. I have many new tools in my toolbox after our time together, and a worldview that now includes so much more beauty and light. This was my second class with Victoria, and I will take others — without a question! I am looking forward to more wing-stretching wonderment.” ~ Jacqueline
What You Receive
Monthly Delivery of Materials During the Season
Each month’s materials are posted at least one week before the next month begins during the season. When I post the coming month’s material in our private member’s area of the Mojo Lab, you receive an email with the link to let you know it’s ready for you. All of the material for each month is posted together at one time, instead of trickling it out to you in stages. This allows you to go through it at a pace that works best for you. You can do a little at a time or dive in for longer sessions for more immersive play and exploration.
Field Guides to Wonder
You’ll find a variety of seasonal essays, inspiration, practices, sweet rituals, engaging invitations, creative prompts, and other goodness in each monthly Field Guide to keep you connected to the energy and rhythm of the season, and your heart smiling and creative spirit glowing. The Field Guides are downloadable PDF files, which means you can peruse them on your computer or mobile device with ease, or print them out to take along on your adventures in the wild (and not-quite-so-wild) places of the world.
Monthly Themes to Enrich Your Days
These themes connect you with each season’s energies and gifts, month-by-month, with enchantment and wonder as your traveling companions. There’s a delicious sense of deep belonging, delight, and grounding that comes when we connect with the present moment, commune with Mama Nature, and drop into the rich energies of the season. These guides help you to woo it all and yourself with a sense of adventure and wonder.
Videocasts & the Wonder Podcast
Sprinkled throughout each season are videos and audios about the themes and energies were working with, as well as inspiration and invitations for ways to weave it all into your days. Think sparkling chats over a cuppa and you’ve got the idea.
Inspiration for Your Creative Spirit
Two of our primary wonder-making tools for The Wonder Club are our Wonder Year Books and the spirited collages we craft with our hearts, hands, and creative spirit. Our Wonder Year Books are our devoted adventure companions and treasure chests where we gather, muse, create, and make magic until they’re full to bursting. Each month, I provide prompts, invitations, and inspiration for filling your Wonder Year Book with your beautiful gatherings, musings, wisdom, discoveries, creations, insights, and more.
PSA: Should you be feeling artistically nervous, let me assure you that you do NOT need any special arts or crafts skills for The Wonder Club. This is about exploration and discovery, and the sheer joy of bringing intention and creativity together in easy and inspiring ways. It has nothing at all to do with prior experience, skill, or perfection. You’ll be fine, I promise. Pinky swear.
Entry into Our Private Seasons of Wonder Community
Yep, everyone who signs up for Seasons of Wonder receives a special invitation to join our private online community group. This is safe space to gather with your Wonder Sisters online to share, chat, and talk about your adventures throughout the season.

Slowing down to the speed of wonder
The pressures of modern daily life, demands on our time and attention, and the dominating energies of a busy-worshiping, always “on” culture tend to keep us disconnected from our dreams, nature and the rhythms of her seasons, and the magic and wonders that surround us and reside within us. We often find ourselves plodding along through the weekdays and yearning for the weekend so we can simply catch our breath. But all too often, we find our weekends are just as jammed with everything we weren’t able to squeeze into the week. Even with the best of intentions, it can be hard to keep your creative magic shining in the bustle of everyday life.
Believe me, I get it. I lived and trudged along in that groove for way too many years. And I still need gentle reminders and to refresh my practices from time to time to stay aligned with what’s most important to me. We all do.
It’s important to have something positive and inspiring to count on that helps us to stay centered amidst the noise and pace of the fast-paced world we live in. Something light and easy to fit into your life that brings you back to center and yourself regularly. That’s the gift you give yourself with Seasons of Wonder.
More Love Notes
I am so happy I have discovered Victoria Smith! She is both gentle guide and understanding listener. Her courses have brought me closer to understanding myself and the world. I have found refuge and inspiration in all of the materials and the online community. After Wonder Club, I have found myself stretching my wings more and more towards my wildest dreams. I would recommend Victoria’s courses to anyone who is in the need of finding their way, their light, and their Wonder.”~ Kimberly
I loved participating in the Wonder Club, as I have loved participating in all of Victoria’s classes. Victoria presents the magical materials in an easily accessible fashion, inviting you to dive in and make the work uniquely your own. She is a kind and compassionate guide, ready and willing to help you along on your soulful adventure. I found true inspiration in Victoria’s leadership, the written and oral materials, and the online community, which was a haven composed of generous spirits. With Wonder Club, I got in touch with more of my creative side, which was a part of myself that felt closed off before, and I recognized that I, too, had wonder and magic inside of me, waiting to be released within the safety that Victoria creates within her world. I am so grateful for, and appreciative of, Victoria, in general, and this class, in particular. I highly recommend participating in any of Victoria’s classes.” ~ Amy
“I was so delighted to join the Wonder Club. Victoria Smith guides you on a lovely soul adventure to play in creative ways , share and see nature in all its gifts. She beautifully writes inspiration and prompts us to keep flowing in our own magic.” ~ Shelley“I joined the wonder club mid season, 6 months after the death of my husband. I needed a safe place where I could focus on something other than widowhood. I found it here, I didn’t feel any pressure to share or participate, yet by reading what others shared I felt their energy and I was supported by that. So much healing took place between the covers of my wonder journal. It was a true blessing the day I joined the wonder club.” ~ Katie
“I’ve loved the Wonder Club. It gave me an avenue to express my creativity in ways I didn’t know I could. There were interesting conversations about things maybe I’d never really thought about. There are great book reviews and invitations to adventures and behind it all is our very own wizard, Victoria Smith. I’ve taken a few of Victoria’s other classes and a whole year of wonder was a big commitment for me to stay engaged and it was great. My Wondersisters are a gift of acceptance and creativity and magic. come play with us!!” ~ Krista
Wonder-Making Supplies
Below you’ll find an overview of the supplies you’ll want for making the most of your adventures in Seasons of Wonder. This list isn’t exhaustive of all possibilities, but covers the basic essentials. The key here is to stay within your comfort zone. I’m a firm believer in reusing and repurposing as much as we can from what we already have on hand. Should you want to buy a few things, you can certainly keep this very low-cost with a bit of creativity and intention. When you register, you’ll receive an email with a link to a special page with more details about supplies.
Wonder Year Book
Your Wonder Year Book will be your companion and a key tool you’ll use in Seasons of Wonder. You’ll use it to document your adventures, collect inspiration, gather treasures and wisdom, and make creative magic. You’ll receive suggested options and links to trusted sources for choosing the notebook you’ll use for your Wonder Year Book when you sign-up.
Craft & Adventure Supplies
Basic creative supplies like tape, a glue stick, scissors, and some magazines for clipping inspiring images will also be handy to have around for working in your Wonder Year Book and making collages. A few extra crafty supplies will make it all the more fun. Things like washi tape, stamps, interesting papers, ephemera, little string-tie envelopes are great options. And don’t forget some color-makers that delight you, such as colored pencils, gel pens, markers, paints (and yes, glitter pens!). We do a bit of energy clearing in Seasons of Wonder, so a small bundle of sage (or sweetgrass, palo santo, or smudging/clearing material of your choice) and a candle will be helpful to have on hand. Also, a natural faceted quartz crystal will be a lovely support to have along on many of our adventures.
Q&A for the Delightfully Curious
Will the monthly Seasons of Wonder themes align with both the northern and southern hemispheres?
No, I’m sorry but they won’t. The monthly materials are aligned with the seasonal energies in the Northern Hemisphere where I have my boots on the ground. So for example, if we’re working on the Winter session (January and February) here in the northern hemisphere, it won’t align with the Summer energies, Celtic holidays, and relevant themes at that time in the southern hemisphere. I have other programs and classes that aren’t tied to anyone’s particular location.
Are there any prerequisites to joining?
No, you don’t have to have any previous experience, classes, or skills to fully enjoy Seasons of Wonder. I’ll meet you right where you are, no worries.
Who can join The Wonder Club?
Women 18 years of age and older.
Do I have to be “Artistic” to participate?
Nope, not one bit. We will be doing some magical crafting during Seasons of Wonder, but rest assured that no special skills, experience, or artistic talents are needed.
What do I need to access Seasons of Wonder materials?
You’ll need email and high speed internet access with the ability to watch videos and listen to audio files on a computer, tablet, or mobile device. Much of the material (PDF documents and audio files in particular) will be downloadable. Knowing how to download a file and save it (or having someone to help you on your end) will be helpful to get the most of out of our adventures together. You have the choice to simply read the PDF documents on your computer/tablet or you can print them out if you’d like to work with them in hard copy. It’s totally up to you.
Do I have to join the discussion group?
No, there’s no requirement to join our group. However, I encourage all members to join in since that’s where our community meets and mingles and where I interact with everyone. It’s where the connections, sharing, conversations, and support happens. Most importantly, do what feels right for you.
Will anyone outside of our club be able to see our posts in the discussion group?
No. Our private group is deliciously safe space. It is a closed group, which means no one outside of our group can see our posts.
How long will I have access to the Seasons of Wonder materials?
You will have access to your Seasons of Wonder material for a full year after the program ends in December.
I’m Victoria Smith, heart whisperer, magical naturalist, hedge-hopper, and the resident wild-wise woman here at The Mojo Lab. I’m your wonder guide and creative-magic muse on this adventure.
Before we get started, there are a few things you should probably know about me:
I believe…
- …in magic, especially the magic we conjure with our creativity and intention.
- …as women we are each gifted with deep inner wisdom, intuition, courage, soft wildness, and a creative spirit.
- …that the built and natural environment around us (our homes, work spaces, towns, and surrounding landscapes) have their own energies that we can work with in creative and powerful ways.
- … connecting with the spirit, energy, and rhythms of Nature is not only satisfying and enriching, it is an essential ingredient for a happy life, a healthy mind and body, rich creativity, and a lively spirit.
- … the key to a satisfying and joyful life is in making our choices based on what makes our souls sing, what nourishes our bodies and spirits, and creative expression.
- …it’s never too late (or too soon) for us to reorient to our True North, rechart our course forward, and make the changes our hearts and souls desire.
Yours in wild wonder and magic,
